Tepid
Many of us on Newgrounds have seen this kind of evolution-style animation before. We've seen those which hurt our brains, and those which have left us in awe: This one sits just about in the middle but is leaning more toward the former.
I can see that you put some work into this, and it's not too bad, but it is severely lacking, entertainment-wise, as it just doesn't seem to flow very well.
All it takes is practice, so just keep on truckin'.
