Hi folks!

Anyone for billiards? Snooker is an enjoyable game played by millions worldwide. Now you can play it too!

More than just a game, 'Billiard Blitz 2 - Snooker Skool' guides you through how to play snooker with a range of progressively more challenging tasks and tutorials, introducing elementary concepts such as how to aim and learning the rules of the game, to more advanced techniques such as cue ball positioning using spin. I hope you enjoy playing it. :)

Still good after 2023!

great game

feels just like the real thing!

I love it!!!

It's a fantastic game!!! XD

love it

I play a lot of snooker and the ball physics (angles, spin, etc) are very good + reflective of the real game. I was hoping for a bigger table + 15 reds - its very tight here, and I think one thing that distinguishes snooker and pool is the larger table. So pool players would focus more on maneuvering within a tight small table, and snooker is more about the precision on a much larger table.

I love the game though, and if you ever intend on making a sequel, I have some suggestions (not sure how difficult they would be to implement):

- The closer the cue ball is to the object ball, the easier the aiming + cue ball control should be, so perhaps you could extend the resulting object ball + cue ball trajectories on closer shots.

- Also, because the power bar is based on the strength at which you hit the ball, draw shots from a distance should not have the same amount of backspin on closer shots as they have on farther shots, obviously because the backspin wears off as the ball is travelling a distance (e.g. extreme draw on extreme long shots should perhaps result in a stun effect).

Thanks again for a great game. You're making a game for a small minority (snooker players). I can see how this could be very boring to others, but I hope (on behalf of the few of us) you continue because it is very much appreciated.

good game

That fade out thing every time you start a new level is annoying. Why can't it just be instant?

Andromedus responds:

Point noted. Like in a film or a slideshow, the transitions are there just to add a bit of interest. Maybe I'll make them a bit faster next time so you don't have to wait so long.
