This was made a few months ago with really simple code. It isn't the best product that I could have made, but I wanted to see if it would get in the portal.

its a great twist on two classic games. while its fun it does have a few issues. like if you the "ball" gets stuck up in the top corner it dosnt move to anywhere else and the point is forfeit unless you decide to let the cpu win. not a very good compremise. but in all this game is very fun and one i hope to play in the future. GREAT JOB!!!
Needs a bit of bang
Its quite okay. Nothing too new. You need to add vertical bounce in addition to horizontal bounce :). I remember I had the same problem when I created my first pong clone :D
Interesting twist
Matches are a little too short, other than that, it's great.
Clever idea
It just needs to be tweaked to make it just right.
If my mouse goes outside the game play box, my piece simply freezes. It would be nice to see where my mouse actually is so I don't go outside.
And it doesn't simply bounce off of the Tetris pieces. It kinda bounces around and decides which way to go on its own.
