Eeerm,first of all,nihilii said that no one WOULD think of it as a theft.
Second of all,i don't know if you are new to flash or you know how to do things,but if you can do a house,i bet you can do something better.I don't mean something like a NASA Rocket Launching Complex or some major stuff like that.Just smthin else than a house.
Third - no music.
4th - no background
5th - nothing original,a kid can draw a house,on paper of course but there is no special idea in it.It's just a house.2/5,just for the sake of not getting ur flash blamed and 1/10 cuz theres nothin...well,with the exception of a house :D

I think if you have the time to sketch out a house like this with the colours and everything here, I think you can do alot more when it comes to Flash Videos.
Just take a little bit more time and effort, Sketch some backgrounds with more detail and characters and put them into storylines and create a story!

It might take longer but i'm sure if you work longer it will look better in the end.
