Slightly too noobish tutorial, there's too much like this.

Sorry, but i think that this could have been A LOT better. Here's a list of things to improve:

1. Go more in depth into each topic.
2. Proofread your work. I don't want to learn from someone who cannot use grammar properly.If your not very good at grammar, have a friend who is proofread it for you.
3.Improve your design
4. Add MORE CODE
5. Explain the code. You listed the functions without even telling viewers what they do (ex: gotoAndPlay()). Most people who look at tutorials have never seen these functions before.

It would be a much better tutorial if you put more time into it. Keep trying. 1/5, and 2/10.

You need to put more effort into it even though it is a tutorial. Bad grammar, not much actual AS. It was VERY boring looking. All it was was a blue screen with black text. Boring and un interesting. Something more graphical and well thought out keeps someone even wanting to learn coding into it.

is MAKING you sound like a grade school drop out. If you're serious about publishing something online, I would suggest improving your spelling and grammar to look the part of a professional worthy of learning from.

As far as the actual "tutorial" is concerned, there was very little action script help in there. And what was actually helpful was so muddled with poor text positioning, combined with the poor spelling, grammar, and coding syntax, that it was very incoherent. In the end, you managed to basically take things straight from the FlashMX tutorial and make it LESS helpful.

Not only does this lack the proper quality for a tutorial, but it doesn't have the necessary substance that makes a tutorial worthwhile. If you really want to make a tutorial, don't focus on trying to give out information that's so basic and widespread, but focus on giving out tips and tricks that you have discovered yourself as a flash artist (which usually takes several years of learning and several difficult and successful projects to develop your own skills).

Also, stop straight up telling people to click on your ads and donate money to you. Asking or suggesting is one thing, but saying it like you did is pathetic and degrading. You act like the newgrounds userbase owes you anything, which it doesn't, especially after such a subpar flash submission. Try again bro.
