Really good game
I went into survival mode after beating the levels. Best way is to build nine doctors in a grid. then focus on upgrading them. Only thing is, once I got to 161 seconds into survival, everyone spontaneously died!

You need to make your patients survive the contamination by placing defences. You place them by drag&drop from the right menu.
Contaminated patients leave red traces on the floor.
If a healthy patient walks over a contaminated square he will get contaminated. They will loose life over time until they die. Their corpse will rot and continue to contaminate the floor until it is removed.
Removing bodies cost money. Patients who are alive will generate incomes, but pay attention to your funds!
If you can't afford to dispose of the dead people your hospital will be closed by WHO.

You need to immunize contaminated patients.
You can move with the arrows or WASD keys.
Aim with mouse and immunize with left click.
