Meh.

Whoo, number 1 in the rankings. Anyway, solid game all around, beginning was a bit slow though.

decent

While the game worked properly and I didn't come across any bugs, there are a few things which could use improving. The beginning is too slow, you should start the game with a couple rows of items already in place. Also, the background music was far too peaceful and tranquil for a pirate game, it'd be neat to have some music which better fit the theme.

Askindorn responds:

Thanks for the feedback. I'll change the music next time.

Simple. Solid. Needs work.

The flash is solid. The coding is clean and its direct and to the point. The game itself needs work. There is nothing to it. You click, you get points. You have no control over what's where or how it progresses. I lost simply because one column never had a pair in it or with any column next to it. The time went by a few times, it was over. There's just no draw to it. Work on making something that requires some thought or skill to play and something that gets harder as you go. Oh, and lose that music. Yes, it's very nice for your elevator or the sitting area of your local museum, but it really doesn't fit the game. That or lost the pirate theme. Pirates are over done (so are ninjas so don't go there either).

Askindorn responds:

Thanks for the feedback. I'll think about it.

Almost all luck

It's a fun game, but it's virtually all luck. You can't control your own fate ... just about all you can do is click away matches as they're been dealt to you. So, the rounds are bound to be pretty short. It would be more fun if there was some way that you had more control over the outcome.

Askindorn responds:

Thanks for the review. I'll try to think about something for a next version.
