Not as bad as the last one
but it still needs lots of improvement. the lip sync is even worse than before, as their mouth goes off of their face. but you should work on the story a little more.

I'm a fan of silly and stupid, but it's funny, while this is not. Bad/no animation, wretched voice acting, mindless plot (what plot?)...rewatching something of worth many times over could have been a better use of my time than watching this once.
