Build a Robot 3 is finally here! This game has been a long long long time coming. But I think the wait has been worth it for the features that have been added.

** EDIT ** Build a Robot 3 has been nominated for an award from Nickelodeon and AddictingGames Please go here and vote for it to help promote the game!
http://www.addictinggames .com/showdown/game.php?po ll=6&item=1&game=Build%20 a%20Robot%203

When you enter the game you will have tabs at the top of the screen. Select one and then click on a part in that window. After you add a few then click the close button and you can manipulate the parts you have chosen.

Be sure to use the background button on the tool bar if you don't like the background that is randomly chosen.

You can change the colors of your robot with the paint palette at the top of the screen as well.

After you are all done with your robot hit the "Save this robot" button to save it to the robot gallery on! Then you can rate robots in the gallery!

Then you can show your friends, make a series of robots to tell a story, take a screenshot of them and post them on other websites.

I think this is one of the most complex dressup games ever made, but for the end user it is quite intuitive so please let me know what you think and save your robots so everyone can enjoy them and rate them!

** Bug fixes ** I went through the game and fixed any issues that I found mainly with color of the parts not coming through to the database.

All in all a decent game

This is a decent dress-up game. And very original. What I liked the most was the fact that you can flip, spin, and resize shapes; not to mention the large variety of body parts and misc items it had to offer. The recoloring and music were a good addition too. But what rreeeaaaaally nagged me was the style of art, the style itself was decent, but in my opinion it did not fit the format. I would have like a more 3D format, also shadows and reflections would be nice. But your the artist.

JackSmack responds:

I could have done the 3d stuff. But honestly I get more enjoyment out of something that you can tell someone had a hand in designing. With everything handled by the computer things are just to perfect sometimes so I like the 2d look. Besides if I had done 3d it might have been harder for people to see what I drew as a nose can be used as a foot if they want.

Great game

Very awesome.

The robot you make is so customizable it it seems like it is a small piece of your own self.

Nice game, very entertaining and fun loving. Favored.

An intriguing game.

That's really all it is. I can imagine the right brainers going wild witht his, but seeing as it is my opinion(This person has no creativity), I will have to say that I found it to be droll.

There is fun to be had for the right people. I am just not one of them. I'd say try it out, see if you like it. If you do, you do. If you don't, don't. Basically what I am saying is that it isn't for everyone.

Another beef I have is the art style. I am more into the big and clunky style robots than the personified robots. Again, others will enjoy this. I won't. Anyway, I hope you guys have fun with this. There is a lot of goodness here for the right crowd. I am just not part of it.
