this is my first flash, i was limited to what i could do as i was unable to aquire any good sound effects, so worked with what i had.
I plan to improve on my animation skills, but i'm quite please with what i came up with for a first attempt.

Definately good for your first animation, Mine was just plain horrible. Just so you know, im being a little generous because this is your first flash, but do continue, im sure the more you get to know flash, the more newgrounds will get to know you.

Not exactly a shining example of brilliance here, but for your first flash you at least made an effort to avoid the overly done 59 billion cliche stick, skateboarding, and sonic sprite with dbz fight scene horeshit that clogs the portal on a daily basis.
That alone is admirable, good job, and keep at it, you'll get better.
On another note, the animation not being very good, was at least bearable, which is a lot more than I can say from what usually comes through here.
Well...
Everyone likes seeing a bully getting a taste of his own medicine. But It doesn't serve its justice if its just a random bully. We need a back story, so we can feel more connected with the characters involved. But the animation was very decent.
