You say: It's not much
I really dislike it when people toss out a poorly done piece of work and then critique it as such, knowing full well it's shabbily done. If you'd done the best job you could do, I'd have given you more stars for that alone, and at least an average score for successfully replicating the original. As it is, I ask myself "Why did he bother?" Why not spend a little more time sprucing it up to make a better product, when there's so much out there already? It's not much, and that's unfortunate.
Someone already mentioned the bizarre layout, the counter-intuitive warnings that suggest you can't hit the wall... and that you can... at the same time!??! I can appreciate an original take on the old game, since that's apparently what you intended, but you need to keep in mind that you're designing it for other people to play and it needs to make some kind of sense.
Other than that, good attempt at replicating it. The original wasn't all that special to begin with, and a little more effort would have made the difference.
