I agree with CMCunningham

Good start, i bet that soon with more practice and such you will make a killer fight scene.

But not a bad start!

Higher fps ftw, would be my advice.

For what its worth...

I know a LOT of people are going to be super harsh and probaly blam this flash... but... for your first flash, I'd say it was pretty okay. It had a start, buttons, and generally decent animation. A lot of our favorite artists started out with flashes similar to this one so I give you this as hope that perhaps you will be our next great artist also. Try to focus on moving the "camera" as well as the actual pieces, if you are going to go into sprite flashes then try to look up more special effect sprites as well. In most cases mixing sprite with actual hand drawn, it doesn't tend to work very well. Anyway... I ramble too much, good luck in future endeavors and I hope to see great work from you one day. (Don't let the negative critism from your peers bring you down; instead use it to as motivation to better yourself and your work.) ;)
