Months in the making, with a written script and professional voice acting, 'Dr Ratty' is a 20 minute long all-animal tribute to the sci-fi TV show 'Doctor Who'. This is part two which is about 3 minutes long. The third and fourth parts will be released over the next two days.

Due to audio synchronisation problems, I had to turn the Flash animation into a video then import the video back into Flash. This means that the quality of the graphics is not as perfect as it could be. It shouldn't matter too much as the animation is fairly basic. However, the audio quality is slightly better by doing it this way as well as being properly synchronised to the graphics.
