Okay, so this is my very first submission here on Newgrounds and hopefully won't be my last!

This is my first attempt at making a flash movie/animation, unless you count smaller practice such as single characters that stand still and only blink. This is the first full-story that I've brought to life though Flash, would probably be a better way to say it.

If anyone is curious about the story, no, I didn't write it. This animation was originally made for a school project that was based around fairy tales and the like, so during my search for a story to base it on I came across a longer version of the Little Miss Muffet rhyme and decided to use that.

When I read the longer version I got many ideas and initially thought that the rhyme gave off a bit of a creepy tone. And yes, I do love 'gothic lolita' styles and darker things like that, so my characters were designed that way on purpose.

I understand that the animations themselves are not all that spectacular but that is something that I plan to improve in the future through practice. I'm proud of this because its my first completed story, and really hoping that others can get some kind of enjoyment out of watching it!

PS: In the very last scene it is up to the viewer to decide whether or not the spider's grin is friendly/loving and showing affection towards her, or if it is malicious and he is after Miss Muffet next.

I wanted to add once more scene at the end to better get this point across but I had a deadline to meet for school and ran out of time. Maybe someday when I have time i'll be able to add that in.
