Seen better but seen Worse
It wasnt that bad for a first attempt but anything more than that and this review would definitely have a more dissapointed feel to it. I think you are grasping the concept of frame by frame but you need to add more detail and clean up the stages you set up. I strongly recommend you look at some of the animation tutorials on the web and on this site.

It was laking any significant conflict and music and devoid of any feeling. However, the art is done well, and animated smoothly. You have talent man. Maybe you could see if one of the more experienced guys on here would be willing to collab, or give you some hints. I personally know nothing of animation, but it looked good to me. Maybe throw some epic rock music in the begining, make the alien get pissed and blow Bobeth and peewee to hell and back....
