Interesting
It's an interesting concept with potential but you prob have to put in more to make it good. Different kinds of challenges, ie obstacles, better graphics and a bit of sound will make this quite excellent

Maybe I'm stating the obvious, but...
...right-clicking brings up the flash menu; it doesn't do anything else. Left-clicking doesn't do anything, so my guy just sat there breathing without moving the whole time.

Its controled by the right arrow key on your key board and your spacebar the mouse is only used for navigation through the GUI
Wayyy too difficult.
The animation wasn't half bad, but the game play was terrible. Sorry.
Some advice:
1) Don't make the swimming function like that. Make it so that you just hold in the right key or something.
2) Don't make it so that you have to sit there repeatedly pressing the space bar just to fill up your breath meter. That's extremely unrealistic. One breath should do the trick.

um if i had made the game movement as you had sugested it wouldnt be a game at all i sould edit to have more variables instead of the current 3 max speed, mn speed and no speed but the breathing is a good point thanks!

This game seems very original, and no I haven't seen anything out there like this. The controls work, but they seem a little glitchy which makes the game hard to enjoy.

Not quite there yet though, this needs to be developed and generally fleshed out a bit, but on the whole I like what you were going for. One thing did gripe me little though...How come your opponent doesn't have to take breaths?!
Just a couple of ideas : -
- Add more swimmers of different abilities.
- Make the computer guys take breaths.
- You could add upgrades eg. larger total lung capacity, faster breath recovery, faster swimmer etc.
I hope you find these points helpful. I look forward to seeing where you take this.
