Version 1.1
The Second flash I've ever made. This is a challenge, it is not easy. Solve each and decipher the password to continue. Should you make it to the finale, than you shall be worthy of being L's Successor. This Version has has the finale left out by request of my friend, as it was made for another site. The only difference is in what it says in the end, so you are not missing anything.
There are 10 clues in all, some ciphers, some logic puzzles, and others just snippets of information, use your deduction ability to solve each puzzle to proceed to the next.
The Ciphers are Substitution ciphers, which means every letter stands for another. Not to be confused with a Mirror Cipher where "A" = "Z" "B = Y" etc.
Some of the questions pertain to the Death Note character "L", if you don't know who "L" is look him up here: http://en.wikipedia.org/w iki/L_(Death_Note)

HELPFUL HINT
The best way to solve the ciphers is to work on the 1, 2, or 3 letter words first as there can only be so many possibilities. Also, the Old English MT letter at the end of ever letter is "L". Keep this in mind and the ciphers will prove easier for you.

So, this was great and I loved the cipher bit. No really, it was kind of incredible. I just wish there was a bit more leniency with the answers as opposed to just the one correct one because it made it a bit more difficult but other than that it was AMAZING!! Great job.
I’ve finished the whole thing and it only took me about three hours and only a little bit of cheating.

Clue 1: You have accepted this challenege. This is your first test. It is testing your ability to break a cipher. The question is “can you break it before it breaks you?” The password is the Fibonacci numbers.

Clue 7: Well done, well done! Already on clue 7, you must be highly intelligent. But are you intelligent enough? At this moment you must be highly frustrated and peeved. Don’t let your emotions cloud your judgment. The password is the armpit of Orion.

Clue 8: Beyond Birthday. (It’s his symbol from the BB Murder case. Non-cannon)
Clue 9: You my friend have talent. The password is the name of the font I use.
Answer: Old English MT (Though I believe the correct answer is Cloister Black)

I have every answer now, 6 was a real mind-killer, and that last cipher was god-awful hard, btw. So good job there.
Any chance that we can get the full version uploaded somewhere? I really want to finish this game. Fully.
Besides having no actual ending besides a congratulations, I'd say at least a 10/10, but... as mentioned, there's no satisfactory ending, so 8/10

Thank you for playing my game, I can't believe that this game is going on seven years old and has had over 13500 views.
This was the second "decent" flash I ever made, and I had always planned to make a sequel to this game that wasn't based off of someone else's IP. The .FLA for this game has vanished into the abyss of time. Kudos to you for actually besting this monstrosity, it may be a remake is overdue...
