Ok well here is my first real game. It was created from the tutorials found at Kongrgate Labs. Please leave some comments on how to improve the game.
good first try
i love how the ship looked the cut out art is cool. u know about sound so wont say anything there. as far as power ups go if u use dice maybe make them roll so u can pick what power up u are getting like 1 for health 2 for shield . u get the point but so far so good. gave u a 10 becuase its a good first try and i know it can be improved better

Thanks for all the helpful comments. Im not much of a artist so the ships i did make looked like crap =] and there were sound effects they just got lost somehow... anyway i plan on making improvements and thanks again for not blaming my first flash =D
Good Start
Good start - it works well and looks alright.
A couple of changes you could make:
Change the font to something that's more readable.
Make different powerup icons.
Put some more sound effects :)
