Pretty cool game...
The graphics are nice although, it's real hard to see the shots that I fired. The audio was well done. Good luck on your next project.........vp

I just uploaded a new version, you will no longer lose your powerup when you die... Hopefully this makes it more enjoyable for all! Just make sure to clear your cache to make sure you have the latest.

This is a game I whipped up in about 4 days so it could be ready for Halloween. It's a short game that you can get into and finish quickly. I also made it to get some practice making space shooter of this style as I wish to make a larger/more in depth space shooter in the future.
Description:
You must defend Earth against the invading fleet of Hallow, a remote planet where Halloween is the normal way of life! The citizens of Hallow have constructed a fleet of space worthy vessels that are on their way to invade Earth. You, an experimental space fighter test pilot, must destroy them before it's too late. There are five waves of enemies that you must destroy.
Controls:
Arrow keys - controls ship
space bar - fires
P - pauses game
S - sound control

it was pretty good. played well, looked good, and ran smoothly. I really liked the enemies, but my favorite thing was the jason head throwing space axes. I would have liked it to have been longer and had more pick-ups. great move.
Killer
Great game loved the variety of enemys, was challenging enough and i like how the power ups gradually get better every level. The only thing you did wrong was that it was long enough, otherwise fun game

It was a nice average space shooter, nothing special but it was still fun. The main problem as already mentioned was the loss of upgrades when you die, It became almost impossible to survive after you lost your first life.

I give it the 9/10 for the circumstances, four day project, nice little halloween submission, and hey, it actually suprised me, I thought it was just going to be pumpkins the whole time and then bam, Jason heads.

Thanks for the comments... I like the mask too cause instead of the whole "ship" following you his eyes do instead.
