This is a short animation I made for my girlfriend, Jess, for our anniversary. She loves parrots and had a sun conure named Buddy so I thought this would be nice.

The animation was BEAUTIFUL. The drawing was absolutely talented. Sound is independent of visuals and a nonexistent component should not be used as a basis for judging the material at hand. Also, with a personal peice you cant really say it should have sound... what if jess was deaf??

Needs audio
The animation was very good. The humor was okay, but it was ruined by Jess laughing--her head was just twitching. Also, when the parrot emerged from the bush, it was very choppy. One frame there is a beak, next there is an entire parrot. I thought the animation could have maybe gotten an 8 from me if it had audio, and wasn't just plain out silence. Could have been better, but an all in all good movie.
