There wasn't any piece of coding in this tutorial at all, what i could see was something like "How does Dev C++ program function", thats all...
A tutorial should be a basic piece of porgram that teaches about the coding's and such, not how to operate something.....

This really wasn't helpful at all, normally a tutorial will teach a few key world and teach simple things like variables.
Then I'll add in a glossary. *sighs*

This should be a tutorial to teach people how to use Windows or something. Wait I guess they wouldn't be here if they couldn't do that. You should probably put it on a CD and sell it on TV, then field questions about why it won't work in their car CD player.
