Interesting but lacking animation

Now I know I really have no authority to judge your work when it comes to animation(as I have created no flash myself); however, I wish to provide you with creative feedback.

So, my main problem with this flash is that it doesn't actually have any animation in it. The way it is now it would be better suited for a youtube-video. A good way to make an individual and entertaining whacky laws flash, would perhaps be to illustrate the laws in a humorous way using animation. That's all the advice I can give you; for technicalities on the actual flash I'm afraid I can't help.
