I'm still trying to get rid of the delay.
I usually keep my left middle finger on Z, left index finger on X, right index on P and right middle on [.
That should give you a good starting position.
Here's some example beats:
If there's no asterisk in between the letters/characters, then play them at the same time.
Standard Rock Beat: zp * [ * xp * [ * zp * [ * xp * [

A good idea done wrong
A pretty good idea for a Drum Sim however, it's a real pain in the ass to use.
The keyboard buttons get confusing and they cut off each others sounds.
Now. If you decide to make another, try this out:
1. Give it a timeline. That way we can make beats without having to try and push a shitload of buttons. Plus it'll sound smoother.
2. Give it a link to site where we can download the beat we just made as an MP3.
Do this and I can garentee you a high score.
But it's hard to give you full credit when it's designed off of something already made, but still awesome work. Keep it up.

the controls are kinda weird if u make a 2nd version try to make it less complicated
The real EZDrummer VSTi is exactly the same layout. It's not hard to play on once you get used to it.

the gam itself is really simple. nothing more than some sound bited. buth there seems to be no organization with the keyng may want to play around with that
