You could probably make the jumping and the moving of the face a little more smooth, good job btw.

Not a bad first attempt. You used sound which it seems a lot of people don't on their first video. Having worked with flash a little myself, I recognise that you did some things that can be a little difficult. Can't wait to see what you come up with next. But don't neglect the rest of the colors so much next time. It's okay to spend a little more time on some realizm.

Strong concept

Good simple concept, a character that can easily be made in to a series/collection.

Spend more time on stories, the story should be the driving force of the animation and the tool you use to animate and your inherent skill in making pixels move are the medium in which you tell this story.

Nothing special of course but the aesthetic is okay. I wouldn't have much to suggest other then work on more and make it bigger and better.
