Well tell me if u want more its my first madness attempt and i think its really good for a first try
Could be a LOT better
Reasons: Too short
Preloader rain graphics are horrible
legs keep moving after death
Not very good
Solution: Watch tutorials and make rain more realistic
Lengthen
Try frame-by-frame to remove leg problem
Improve blood graphics too.
Change movement.
Hopefully this will help you improve.

Could of been better if it wasn't this short.

If first attempt, then it is semi-decent. Keep working on it and eventually you'll make great flash movies.
