Good first try.

I have to admit, some of the animation in this wasn't that bad. But lack of a good, proper storyline, no audio (not even a NG loop), and some shoddy graphics at some points made me lose interest. Think of a story, spend a good solid few weeks or so on it (depends exactly how far you want to take it), and add the appropriate audio. You have budding talent, you just need to find it. And practice. a lot.

nice animation id get a pre-loader and a replay button and clean things up a bit. I didn't understand what i was seeing but the moving pictures kept me fully entertained through the whole thing good job =)

its pretty strange theirs good animation but you need audio because without it it's only half a flash

But you really need some music. Still your animating skill surpasses alot of what I've seen on Newgrounds. Add some music and maybe a plot and you might just have yourself a frontpage flash.
