Animation wasnt half bad but not much was actually going on.It was just a boring flash in general. And I know you don't fully understand english but your grammat was awful

As has been pointed out, your spelling is just, well, painful to look at. Also this seems like it should have had a video before it it explain what exactly Zero was running from in the beginning, or why he's apparently out to kill Wily.
You got the flash skills for sure, you just need to work on spelling and story writing.
