A pretty random sort of flash, it doesn't seem to have anything other than some odd animation and a kid dancing.
Expanding upon it and adding some depth may actually help it, but it just seems too random and incomplete the way it is.

it wasnt really even a flash animation it was just a little kid doing a very odd dance it was just pointless and unfunny to me
