Not a smart Idea to submit to the portal like that, especially a sig.
I know you get this alot but, decrease mp3 size with a program or a method listed elsewhere.
Also, from now on, please only post full movies, as that is what newgrounds was meant for.

i say, instead of submitting a sig, try making it into an animation of you, like saying all those stuff (like your ng profile, preferences, and or your work) in the area, and just closing by saying ''hey, visit me at cc!'' and something like that. i mean those links arent very helpfull. also some of them lead on your profile which is close so, its not usefull

Never EVER use high quality music on this kind of garbage. If you want this kinda stuff to pass, either override music quality to make the filesize manageable, or put enough work so you don't need to make apologize for the filesize.
