Its a nice idea and has some interesting concepts but its a bit limited to what can be done.
Nice job though, worth looking into more.
But not extremely user friendly.
It was a good idea =) Next time try to add more freedom for the user like allowing them to rotate characters, flip em around, draw their own, etc.
