It wasnt bad. It's clear that you've watched your dbz :). I like dbz, so this wasnt that bad. Only complaint is, what's with the pauses? Are you trying to do some slow motion effect? Because that actually needs an effect, not just pause the movie.

Wow, this was pretty damn good

You need to improve your flash skills, but your talent is very evident in this movie. If this doesn't pass judgment, then people didn't watch this all the way through.

compress?

did you compress the sound at all? i'm pretty sure the file size shouldn't be this big. learn how to do that before you submit anything else.

so anyway, i remember seeing this from before, and i see that it's been extended. but it's still a mostly poorly animated stick figure battle littered with dbz cliches. and like always, movies like these almost never pass. the only way it would pass is if the sticks looked cleaner and moved more fluidly and the explosions, beams, and other effects looked better. so, hate to say it, but this'll probably get blammed like its previous incarnation. but hey, don't get discouraged. go look at some tutorials on ng (i did, they're great) and move on from this. you could probably be a pretty good animator with practice.
