good try but...
it's only snake i can't say i blame you for trying I mean there are no new ideas.so 8/10 for a good game +1/10 for the sounds from the visitor

The sssnake game is easy and well known : a snake has to eat apples to survive.
For each apple it eats, its body grows one more vertebra.
Avoid touching the fences, houses, water, cars,....
Your snake would not survive.
Unlike the apple that makes your snake grow, the bonus removes one vertebra from the body.
Two bonuses are available in the game : you will find them in the houses' gardens.
The rabbit bonus is available from the third level and will give the
equivalent of three apples to your snake, but by increasing the length
of the body by only one vertebra.

I found this game to be generally unresponsive.. apart from when I'm killing myself.. I don't think that updating the original game with mediocre colourful graphics is going to cut it here. I also found the audio track to be quite annoying.
I would place it on a smaller map so that the apples and the snake could be seen a little bit better (bigger).
Eh you've seen one snake game you've seen em all..

Basically you took the original snake and changed the color of the obstacles in the field. Graphically it looked pretty enough, but the collision detection was fuzzy and at times the controls were a little unresponsive and slow, while other times they were perfect. Makes it difficult to get your timing down.
The cars would have been a nice tough on their own but frankly there were enough ways to kill yourself as it is.
Needs a little more work.
