People should know that linear color-padding and 3D objects won't make a movie good without a point.

Tips on much needed improvement

This movie was an attempt at a stereotypical hacker flick. It had no plot, just some guy entering and putting passwords he knew into querries. How is he hacking? Where did he get these codes? What is he looking for? Why are there a bunch of random J's and K's on the screen? Since when do cops start shooting on sight... I think you meant to give him a black security suit. The blur fade between the "hacker" and the cop was uneven and choppy. The drawings were very poor, I understand you have to do a lot of frames for a small amount of time, but at least put some time into the freeze shots. Also, the desk with the monitor had no computer and the shape would have been much more impressive had there been a tiny bit of detail in it rather than a spinning box. Detail is what sells a story/movie. Try putting in some detail to all those freeze frames rather than just pausing on the same blur you use in moving shots.

Well I guess that was ok. I liked the really deadly serious music done at first, but this could have been a lot longer! Make the sequal!

Too Short

When it get's good the movie end's. Also the movie size does not match the length of the movie. Other than that the only thing that should be improved is that computer screen with BS on it.
