Most of the stuff in the flash is from Madness sprite sheets. Nothing wrong with that, your flashes are 90% not done by you.
Perservereance
Okay, if you want to make a good flash, put some time in, make sure it looks good and isnt slow when you submit it. That was boring, which is rather hard to accomplish in 10 seconds.
