WATCH THE FUCKING MOVIE BEFORE YOU RATE OR REVIEW! I WILL NO LONGER TAKE ANY SHIT WITH YOU ASSHOLES GOING "OH, IT WON'T LOAD" BECAUSE IT FUCKING WILL. GET A LIFE, ALL OF YOU DUMBASSES.
READ ALL OF THIS BEFORE YOU START THE MOVIE! Oh, and I appreciate reviews. And Mario collection would be nice.
*SPRITE HATERS: If you really do hate sprites, please don't rate and review if you simply think I "stole sprites" or am "denying other artists the exploitation that their movies demand," because, quite frankly, you people are inconsiderate assholes who don't give a fuck about the effort I put into this.*
It's here! W00T! My best sprite movie ever (that was, when it used to be at 3.25)! Enjoy! I've taken a lot of advice from previous reviewers in this, and redid it accordingly. Also, this thing is so big (and I had to code in all of the sounds), so it might not load the preloader for a minute or so. Just wait.
NOTE: Each character has a color that appears when they talk (in a text bubble from their dimension). Luigi's is dark green, Link's is light green, Donkey Kong and Cranky's are shades of brown (their head also appears in the bubble), Link's Father is purple, and Kirby's is pink. A sprite cursor only appears when you have to click a text bubble or you can click something. The only text bubble you don't have to click is from the DK KOS dimension.

KIRBY!!!!!!
LOL!!! KIRBY HAD A MEGA TITAN!!! A BOSS!!!!
Okay...
As much that I love Mario Flashes, I hate ones that are BAD, and this is a good example, no offend. Ya' know, I hate SMW and DK and every game Luigi was traveld but... Let's a see:
*** THE GOOD ***
Nice animation, Outstanding Music and SFX.
*** THE BAD ***
Well, I hate speech bubbles and you did them too much, so that really bad. Another thing is the time of this movie. It's way too long and boring, and the Mouse: Just annoing.
~7~
Starman: Great flash... But not Superb.
MarioFlashMovies
It's all about Mario, It's all about movies.
PS: No offend...
...
"BAD" sprites movies are the ones that get blammed. And rating something a seven also implies that it's not bad. I LOL'd.
And without speech bubbles, movies either require voice acting or no dialog to be good. I seriously recommend you drop your grudge against speech bubbles: even Alvin-Earthworm uses them, and hardly any Mario flashes don't.
"A good flash for when you're bored"
I had trouble getting into the flash to begin with. Even though it was loaded the main menu didn't show up. I think I reopened the window twice before it decided to work. I've got no idea what the problem was.
Your main menu looked dull. It needs a background like your scene select had. Scene select menu was really good by the way. That skip to percent thing was something I've never seen before.
Anyway I should talk about the movie...
The start begins rather boring with Luigi finding a mysterious machine but it's only quick and there's a lot of nice camera movement to keep a viewer's attention.
The next scene with Donkey Kong was also boring and also slow with little movement but I understand you needed that part for story development. I think you were using the character's sounds to fill in the gap and make the scene more interesting but it really needed movement. Donkey Kong's stand cycle was close but having the character's jump or something when they say an important line would really make the scene easier to watch.
Link's scenes were the best. I actually laughed a bit when the ship was on Link's dad. One thing I have to congratulate you on is the "many hours later" part. I'm so glad you decided to pan over to it instead of the "blank screen with text" approach. Little things like that really help the quality of your flash.
The animation on Luigi's word bubbles was nice. It was odd having to click on his bubbles though and not having to click on Donkey's which were automatic. I really don't know why you did it that way. I would suggest taking out the flashing arrow as idiots like me think they have to click on the arrow every time instead of just the bubble which is much easier. Last bit about text bubbles, be careful with what colours you use, the purple on black was getting a little hard to read.
Also take out the custom cursor. Normal cursors are so much easier and work better.
Animation and sound were fine. They weren't special (sprites never are) mostly you sticking to what the actual games are like with in-game sounds and sprites. I suppose there's nothing wrong with that it's just nothing new is all.
All up it was a good flash for when you're bored.
COOL
nice its on my favorites
