Not finished?

It was short, shallow, and as common as the flu. Is it finished? Try a different software, and try to normalize the things, like the red dots, while making the other parts (like the blood splatters) more unique. It needs a story or something.

This is not the greatest of flash movies I've seen at all. There are plenty of areas for improvement. Try to add a little more depth to the whole it being where Osama THINKS it's his birthday but in reality it's the birthday of when the National Rifle Association first got started. Make it a LOT longer for it to be interesting! There are plenty of Osama Bin Laden flash movies out there and they at least have a story about in the movie, not some random encounter. Try harder...

your only halfway done with it right? make al the laser scope dots the same size like make just one a symbol and resuse it !!! it will look better

also make a new blood spray movieclip symbol for each bullet hit
