Don't get me wrong, this game is good, but it is extremely confusing. It's hard to see what move your opponent is making before choosing the right block combination. Then, when you attack, your notes disappear for no reason, making you unable to perform any moves. Still a good idea though!

Choose the move your fighter performs by playing the corresponding note pattern in this new twist on old fighting games with lots of frame-by-frame hand drawn action!
We plan to add more characters, moves, environments, and music if you like it, so leave your feedback! We reccomend you play with a friend, but the computer can hold his own too!
We busted our behinds to complete this engine in time for the Rockout contest so have fun!

Glad to know I'm running into the good rhythm games! I thought this was really good because of how original it was! I really have not seen anything like this before. I'm generally not into these kinds of games, but this is really cool. I like how you are able to have so many moves. The graphics are also very good.
Even if it doesn't have much action, it's still very cool to look at. I'm always interested in trying new moves. You don't even get the same ones each time. I guess if you win, you get more areas. It's just very creative.
Once in combat, the game does not respond to my keyboard commands.

I would give it a ten, but PUT MORE CHARS!!!
