I'm sorry but, those lawn mower things that replace the burners, are just useless. It doesn't even matter if it helps me get more perfects, y'know why? I CAN'T SEE WHERE THE ZOMBIES ARE STANDING! TOO MUCH BLOOD IN THE WAY. I prefer the burners, I do MUCH better with them. Other than that one flaw, the game was great! I love games like these, also very original combination of ideas.
I agree. Playtesting was not an option, but let this be a warning to all players: the lawnmower blades are worthless, and once you buy em, you're stuck with em. So don't buy em. (Or turn off blood in the options menu. I think that works)
fuck the fucking walls down..
Down to the fucking ground.
Dang, there were a lot of these kinds of games around! While I'm not a fan of the music genre, I do love zombie games! I thought it was really cool how this game was designed. Granted, I'm not that good at it, but still. It's interesting to see how everything comes together. The music is also pretty awesome by itself.
I found it weird how there was such a long prologue. Even the title is cool. Explosions are always good. I am really starting to recognize your animation. This is just a very fun game.
This is pretty awesome, probably would be the best Rock Out entry I've played so far... if it wasn't for those controls. Why the spacebar? It would be so easy if you could just tap the keys to set off the traps, instead of using a combination. I'm all for simplicity! The introduction was a bit long too, but entertaining at the same time (wouldv'e been nice with a Skip option though). I like the zombie idea. Compared to other music games like this, they're the big difference. It's not just a sleek and visual interface with good music, there's a plot; some gore too. Nice idea, but it could be easier to play (doesn't mean it shouldn't still be challenging)!
This was back when Guitar Hero was at the height of its popularity, which is why it's got the Guitar Hero style controls.
BUT - If you don't like them, you don't have to use them. Go to "Settings" on the main menu and turn on "DDR Mode" for instant gratification.
Also, use the "Skip to Tutorial" and "Skip to Game" buttons in the corner of the screen to skip the intro and tutorial, respectively.
Thanks for playing!
too hard. why can't we use arrow keys?
Seriously? That seems even harder...
