It's not what you think. If I would, I'd call this cartoon STORMY DAY, because that's basically what it's about.
This is... one of my first toons I've done in Flash. Yeah, I've made some... crappy stuff, but this is actually worthwhile to upload. Thanks for your comments.
EDIT: Whoa whoa whoa. You guys are expecting way too much out of this! It's my first short cartoon in 2 years. It's not SUPPOSED to have character development or sense because it's not in a series! Residentsville, which is a series (coming soon) will have much more of that.

The premise of this story doesnt' make any sense(I didn't even bother watching all of it). Forget about working on your graphics. Your main priority right now has to be on wit and intelligence.
Nothing Special
This movie is, just as i said, nothing special. Its a decent movie. It is "worthwhile to upload" but its nothing amazing. The art is so-so, but some stuff needs a little work. And the voice acting was a little bit lacking. But at least you tried and successfully submitted a decent movie.
