Well, this is my first major flash undertaking. I was up til 2AM the morning before it was due for finals. there'll be more soon i hope. enjoy, and don't be afraid to be brutal in your criticism. hell, enjoy that, too. If your gonna blam it, wait til after June plz.
All things aside...
This may be a work in progress, but my god, this thing could be so much better with sound. Im not even talking about speech, just hits, clashes and music. The spearmen also seem.... unfinished. I hope those are just filler until you can get a more polished model. Other wise this could be very nice.

This flash/future episodes needs work
Graphics were nice, and well drawn with animations. Animations didn't go that smooth, you could use boost up the frame rate if didnt done that. (Recommended: 20fps)
This types of flash needs voices! And sound effects! Oh yeah, that would have done it =D
Take your time, and use some of my ideas and other ideas from diffrent reviews, and your set!
Needs a little work
First off, you need sound. Even a very annoying sound loop is better than nothing. Grab a mic at the dollar tree or something, and use that. Next, maybe a little music. Third, try honing in on how to make the guy walk a little better. Then, work on the fighting. In the beginning, where he kills the flank for example. Unless this man is The Hulk, no human can punch through two skulls. Work on that and falling animation. When something falls, it doesnt move at the same rate the entire time. It starts slower than when it finishes. Theres my advice to ya, and good luck!

I'd say its pretty good if you added sound and maybe some VA's (Voice Actors) I'm sure it would be something to watch.
