ha, this reminds me of the church near me. It's as big as a mall. it has it's own stores and Full gym with basketball court. They even have their own City traffic light to use as they please And 12 Charter size Buses. Can't stand it, Inside there are huge TVs hanging off the roof and AC as cold as deep space.

It's in the middle of town and the sad part is that You can't drive there without passing Salvation army, Pounds, Soup kitchen, Mental/ self help institutes and a bunch of homeless people. yet for some reason all these Places are having financial issues....

Christians (specifically Catholics) have been doing this for years. Selling people a ticket to heaven. Bullshit I tell you! Donations towards a church is ok, IF the church needs them, but thats almost never the case. And they guilt trip you when you dont donate. Im only speaking from personal experience. I beleive in a higher power n all, but i dont believe we nailed the correct concept yet. To each their own. Religion promotes richeousness, thats the positive side, but there have also been religious wars and people dying over beliefs. I think that defeats the purpose.
