I expect more out of you! This is nakateleeli speaking. I really think this should be a WIP instead of a full game.

Not bad

Pretty good, the graphics were well done and the gameplay was ok, the sound was good, bit repetitive and reminded me a lot of mario, more powerups would be cool.

I couldn't get to the first boss but I'm too tired to do anything really right now... I like the mario sounds in it though...

Old Hat

I've seen a bunch of games come through the Portal like this. Nothing about this one stands out really, but it's still a solid little platform that would be great with a few improvements.

Graphics : Really pretty good. The menus looked good, all of your textures, backgrounds, colors, etc. were well put together. Big negative for me was the graphic for when I shot another fish. It kind of breaks apart then disappears. I didn't like that.

My only big suggestion here, if you were to update this game, would be to add different enemies, new levels, or something that changes the scenery up. This game gets old after less than a few minutes.

Style : This game is old hat. Shoot stuff, scroll the screen, a few upgrades. I would've stuck in a few more features. Like I just said, more levels, more enemies, definitely more upgrades. And all that stuff wouldn't be hard to include, if you re-made this game or something.

Sound : Yikes. Weird song and 8-bit noises for shooting and getting shot. Sound wasn't great. Gotta get some bubble noises in there somewhere, I'd think, being that it's an underwater game. And as for other SFX, I'd just change them altogether.

Violence : None here.

Interactivity : VERY basic. One shooting upgrade, very simple menu system, and that's it for interactivity. It all comes back to the fact that this game could use more "stuff" (enemies, power-ups, levels).

Humor : Nope.

Overall : I don't want to be repetitive, but this game could've used more features. Anything that would make Fish Adventure stand out, ya' know? But there wasn't anything unique in this game... at. all.

You probably wont "update" it as most people don't change their movies and games after they're approved for the Portal, and this one will be. So, these were all suggestions you can use on your next submission, if you even read your reviews in the first place.

My Grade : C-

Nice, but could be better

You've got a good idea with the upgrades and eveything. Maybe with a bit of improvement you could make it a bit better. Oh, and god, improve that sound dammit!
But overall it was a well planned out idea. Also, the first time I get the shooting upgrade it keeps shooting forward and up, not up and down.
