I really didn't see a point to this...
I realize you may be new to flash and don't understand what your supposed to do so I'll be nice :)
You need to create an actual animation, just flashing two scenes while playing music (which was decent, btw) and an annoying sound isn't good.
First you need to come up with a story line, you need to decide if it's going to be a comedy, drama, etc...
Then you need to come up with a script of some sort, if your going to have characters in your animation then write out some dialogue for them. (Though this isn't needed, I've seen many great animations where no words were spoken at all.)
Design your characters and/or the background and any other object that you plan on using.
As for actually animating, there are some really great tutorials right here on this site that I suggest you use, they'll be able to provide you with a lot more information than I can.
At the top of the page you should see a big orange button that says "collections". Chick on it then scroll down a little bit, you will then come to the "Tutorial" section. Click on that button and there you are :)
Well I hope I helped, just remember to keep trying, with some practice and hard work I'm sure you can come up with something good eventually :)
