Now, here's what I didn't like...
-Art was done very poorly. I suggest picking up "The Monster Book of How to Draw Manga", it helps with perspective and character build. This book also contains a detailed guide on how to color your art digitally. This may help with future projects. For backgrounds, just pick up "The Complete Idiots Guide to Drawing Manga" *actual book, I own it*, also contains a few more helpful hints with character design and how to make them move in a believable way.
-Sound Quality= Bleeding ears. I don't know what you're using to record your voices, but stop. Try picking up a copy of Soundforge or Acid pro so you can edit away the undesired elements of a vocal track ranging from annoying whisp noises to adding slight reverb for realism. Also, if you're using the mic that came with your desktop or lap top or if you're using a head set, make a note to back away from the mic while recording. Listen to the audio again and you'll figure out why. Also, if you're going to distort your voice, do so in a track editor, not in your throat.
-What I did like, was the fact that you saw the project through to the end and submitted it to Newgrounds. You have a lot of promise for future projects simply because you finished it. Take some time to work on a few things and you'll be front page regular in no time.
-Final Thought= Most of what I picked out about your film, are some of the same that I would say about my older work. It's a learning process and we all fall short of Hollywood big budget animations. Still, if you have resources available though cheap and easily aquired, you should use them to the fullest extent. See you in the portal.
