Glitches made it easy
The game concept was quite well played out, but other games similar do exist, such as terrier, pretty much the same thing but the figure is not player controlled, and hence much harder. Also there was one major glitch that made the game almost too simple to beat. If you make a large black pillar with the figure inside, starting from the top down, the figure teleports directly to the top of the pillar. A get to top cheat if you will. The only animations that were mildly difficult after this discovery were the rotating ones, and even those were predictable.
On almost every stage, one can simply draw a path directly beneath the character and ascend to the top of the screen. Its very easy to reach each stage because of this. Maybe a limited supply of the black lines/path can be implemented or the technique I described could be disabled?
i dont want to say anything *yawn*
These type of games are starting to becoming popular, I find them very fun. The only part I don't like about it is when you walk near the edge of the screen you die, should try 2 fix that in the sequel if there is one, few glitches but very, very good.
Pretty good game man!
Almost reminds me of that Newgrounds game, Jack Russel. I really liked this game man. You did a damn if not perfect job at making it. Keep it up man!
