Madness?

While there is good in this animation, it is largely overshadowed by one big thing, in my opinion. Lack of originality is entirely the problem. When I watched this, the only thing that came to mind was that I was watching a lower quality version (though faster and smoother running) version of Krinkel's Madness series. Most of the aspects of this animation were, for the most part, the same. Perhaps it is some crazy coincedence, but more likely it is intentional. Either way, you need to take a more original route. Come up with your own characters and your own style. I'm not real sure why everybody wants to make random constant fight scenes anyway. It's been done to death.

I would advize coming up with a story. An original story. With original characters. Something new. You can keep your action scenes if you like, but lessen it a bit. Believe it or not, it's not all that entertaining to see 800 hours of pointless action from as many random flash videos. If you want to go anywhere with whatever skill you have or may gain, you need to provide something new and interesting.

As for the positives, you seem to have a decent amount of artistic skill comparatively speaking, and your animating skills seem decent as well. Keep working at it and I'm sure eventually you will get somewhere with it. Though, only with original ideas.

Liked it for what it was

Very simple, yet very enjoyable. Definitely too short, but the bloody and guns were well drawn. I recommend (as I do to a lot of people) that you learn to use the in/out acceleration for tweening symbols; it adds a touch of realism to it.

Work on length, as I said before. Although quick shots (camera shots that is) give off a sense of urgency and action, try to stay in one room for a bit longer.

Too bad your fla was corrupt; I would have liked to have seen more.

Oh and be sure to add the second part to this..from what i've seen so far, it looks pretty good but i hope there is a story to it, maybe a Terrorist Invasion and the main character is going recon or something.
