I really think I did a lot better on this then the first one, though I feel I need to do better.

I have no idea what the heck this vid is all about. There are way too many characters in the vid and the storyline isn't clear. The graphics are okay ish.
Ok but not brilliant
I have seen pt 1 already. The story didn't really start well, it didn't explain anything for those of us who don't know Sonic well. Part 2 was no better. You should always include a little intro in sequels to at least remind people where we are with the story.
Your characters are tiny pixellated sprites if you drew then in Flash they could be bigger and still look good. You could then have close-ups that look good. Checkout MEKoftheMEKKingdom, who does Wario stuff and produces excellant closups and lip-sync etc.
Spelling etc.- non/none of your concern; lets/let's wait; Ryddo rescused/rescued; alright/all right

Of course, all the sonic fanboys will be voting 5 on this for no reason, so hey, good job.
Personally, I think this was really boring and it seemed to have no point. Frankly, it looked like you animated a really bad fic about sonic. Hell, most of those characters seemed made up...like you recolored originals.
(Warning: Rambling Ahead) I never could figure out where all the extra sonic characters were coming from anyway. From my memory, there were a whopping 4 characters...Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Dr. Robotnik. In the awesome cartoon from the early nineties there was also a robot chicken and that tank guy with drill hands and a drill nose. That show was awesome...because it was silly. Sonic is not a drama. Its a game about a fucking blue rodent that runs really fast and blows up robots to free baby animals. Last I checked, there was no room for anime angst or character developement. Now, don't get me wrong. I loved the genesis Sonic games. I've beaten them all dozens if not hundreds of times. Its just...a baffling fandom.
