Pretty Good

The animation was good, The drawings were good and the sound was good but you need to add some detailed background. Maybe if you add a plot to Why they are fighting it would get loads of better votes. Apart from that i liked it.

Your visuals were cute, however, your lack of background and any real story are really what seem to be hurting you.

A long about a ninja

What I'd like to see considering the length of this and how your last one got blammed is for you to just make it all in one movie.
Posting multiple shorts of a simplistic story of two ninjas battling makes it apparent that your rushing segments out just because your so excited about making this and you want people to see.
And because your rushing them they're not as good as they could be.
Back off submitting them, make the full movie in one file and go through them looking to make each scene look as good as possible, give them nice backdrops and foreground.
This could be really good if you'd take your time developing it.

graphics need a lot of work and the overall apeal was very low, needs work.

The best part about this is the sound effects. They were all right no cue and were good quality as well. Nice job on that. The animations weren't bad either and the major dawings were simple, but got the job done.

I don't really like how you didn't put much detail into the backgrounds and other minor parts of the movie. It really makes things much better. Some parts of this, like the part prior to the fight seem a little bit rushed as well.
