I started this flash a couple months ago, after I submitted my first decent flash.. which got blammed, anyways. I decided not to finish this because I didn't think it was going anywhere good. I started a new, better flash, (not Madness) and it's going pretty good. Send me some tips.

Pointless paradoy and not even a good one i can see why your previous entry was blammed why try if you just make crap like that. It aggrivated me so much i could barely bring myself to watch such a thing now my neck hurts i hope your happy!

Well, I don't know why your other one got blammed, but I wanted to see the end of this one. Well, maybe an addendum will be in order if this does well enough.
One thing I did notice was the that cigarette I saw at the begining was the longest cig I've ever seen lol I also noticed sometimes the heros gun would be pointed a bit off and he would still hit them anyways. Maybe fix those up, other than that this is a pretty good flash if it were finished.
Not Bad...
At first I thought it was complete crap, but I do see some effort put in this however, and that's what counts. I thought the guns were pretty well drawn, try deleting the lines to make them look even better ;) And also, maybe add some more shading on the characters. I'm also please to see that you did it all mostly frame by frame, (unlike those other escessively motion tweened Madness submission that somehoe make front page :L Good effort :D 3/5
It didn't suck
Either you got a lot better at flash or you caught a bad break last time. Some people will blam a flash because its too short even though it features good work. There are other reasons which are not quite fair so I wouldn't take it personal. Keep at it.
You've chosen the madness theme. You've got a lot of competition in that field. Just be aware of that :-)

you know..submissions with this level of skill usually pass, but since it's a madness tribute, and so many have been done, you almost have to be as good as the original for it to really do good. but, like i said, the animation was good. one tip, though, part of what makes madness so good, is you only hear about have the noises. the cars are silent. no one ever coughs. the only noise is the music, and the sound of guns, swords, the occasional "bleaugh" or "oough" and such. with your skill level, i'd suggest making something original, then, when you're better at flash, try tributes again.
