Okay. Because you copied such an upscale "NG celeb" = Foamy, I give an Overall 2. BECAUSE it's Foamy, I give Humor a 5. Because the Sound is clear, I give a 10. And because of the background, I give Graphics a 10.

Yeah, I liked that background. I thought it was neat. But you can't rip from Foamy. It's... it's sacrilege.

Turty the Talking Turtle however, can easily become Foamy's rival -- which would be a neat concept, since this is the first I've seen (not saying it doesn't exist) something akin to Foamy. But yeah. Maybe... maybe have Turty undermining the things Foamy b*tches about, eh? Like.. Foamy says to Hell with the Atkin's Diet? Turty says Do IT. Love IT.
